Aureus Dachshunds considers the welfare of our puppies to be of the utmost importance. We strive to match the perfect puppy to the perfect home. Please don't be offended if we ask you a lot of questions., if for some reason the new owner is unable to keep his or her puppy, we will always have a home for the dog for life.
Please do NOT buy a puppy on impulse. Dachshunds can live up to 18-20 years. This is a serious commitment. Please be certain you are ready, willing and able to live up to every aspect of what it may take to care for this dog for his or her entire life before purchasing any dog. Dogs are not disposable!!! They require a lot of patience, love and time from their owners. Please do not purchase one of our puppies unless you can provide them with this or are willing to return them to us if your circumstances change. We do not stop caring for our puppies once they are sold. We do understand Life happens and we find ourselves in situations we did not expect nor plan for.
Our dachshunds are our babies, and we devote our lives to providing them with the best of everything: the best quality food, the best vaccinations, the best medical care, and the best love we have to give. We expect the same of anyone wishing to adopt one of our babies.
